“PASTOR DANTE’ KING is an extraordinary man of God who possesses a unique style of preaching and teaching the word of God with humility, power, and relevance.

He was born in Washington D.C. and in his early years moved to Calvert County, Maryland. With the anointing of God upon his life and his willingness to surrender to God’s perfect will, Pastor King began preaching at the age of twenty-two. God has positioned him as one of the great young Christian Leaders of today. Pastor King is a highly sought after preacher and teacher that possesses a passion for the unsaved soul.

Pastor King served faithfully in the ministry of the Church of God at Lothian, Maryland for more than eight years. In the year of 2000, Pastor King founded Greater Mount Zion a small church in Calvert County, Maryland with only nine members. Today, Greater Mount Zion is one of the fastest growing churches in Southern Maryland.

Pastor King has found other avenues of ministering to the unsaved through a weekly television broadcast that reaches viewers from Baltimore to Southern Maryland. His ministry plants the intellectual seed of knowledge that produces the fruit of understanding, which inspires one to walk in the word on a daily basis. Pastor King’s vision is that the church is to be a hospital for those in need of salvation, and a place where the Word and Power of God are available. He also believes the church to be a place where intercessors beckon God’s presence into each service and a place that develops, equips and empowers people that are called to excellence.

Pastor King’s love for God is manifested through his work within the community and his love for the body of Christ. His primary goal is to preach and teach the Word of God so that the power of God will be manifested in the lives of everyone that believes.

Pastor King is currently enrolled in Howard University School of Divinity where he is pursuing a Masters of Divinity. He is the loving husband of Danielle King and the father of five children Ronaz, Byron, Elijah, Taylor and Symone.”
